Our team members are knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to every customer having an exceptional experience with JFC whether selling or buying recycled metals. More than half of our team has been with us for more than ten years, and we train our managers to operate in all aspects of the business. This approach has allowed us to form strong relationships with customers on the buy and sell sides of our business alike, including some customers who have been loyal to us for more than 50 years.
We support dozens of charities and fundraisers in our community and worldwide, including the beautification of our hometown, Springfield, MA, through the Keep Springfield Beautiful program. We also sponsor the annual Joseph D. Freedman Bowl-a-Thon to benefit the lives of adults with developmental differences living at Camphill Village USA in Copake, NY.
